Employees can choose from a variety of health plans provided by Nike, which include competitive packages for medical, dental and vision coverage. If you have coverage elsewhere, you can opt out of Nike medical coverage. In addition to your medical coverage, Nike believes in preventative care, which is why many full time employees are provided access to on-campus gym memberships or nearby facilities.

Full-time US employees are automatically covered by basic life insurance starting on their first day of work. You can also purchase additional coverage for yourself, for your spouse or permanent partner, and children. In addition to basic life insurance plans, Nike WHQ offers employees short and long-term disability coverage, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Other regions may have similar coverage options for both life and disability insurance; further information will be provided at the time of hire.
